A-grade recorded a strong win following an impressive four-quarter performance.
After a few slow starts in recent weeks, the side was determined to come out strong from the opening whistle and was able to achieve that.
The focus now shifts to continuing to build consistency across all four quarters.
The defensive effort across the entire court was a major highlight, with the pressure and intensity setting up the win.

Despite the result, the girls continued to work hard throughout the game and will look to regroup and train hard ahead of next week.

C-grade went down in a tough contest, but the scoreboard didn’t reflect the effort, determination and moments of great netball shown throughout the game.
There were still plenty of positives to take away.
Despite the result, the girls continued to work hard and push right until the final whistle.
The team will regroup, learn from the game and look to bounce back stronger next week.

C-Reserve came away with a strong win after a consistent team performance across the court.
The girls worked hard all game, applying strong pressure and making the most of their opportunities to take control of the match.

Under-17s: Tocumwal 59 def Katunga 16.
The under-17s recorded a big win following a fantastic whole-team performance across the court.
The girls played extremely well, showing strong leads in attack and relentless defensive pressure throughout the match.
There were plenty of great intercepts that were successfully converted into goals, helping the team build strong momentum.
The defenders worked hard with hands over every ball, making it difficult for the opposition to find easy passes, while it was also pleasing to see the team set plays continuing to come together so well.

Under-15s: Tocumwal 35 def Katunga 22.
The under-15s came away with a strong win after a consistent team performance across the court.
The girls worked hard in both attack and defence, showing great teamwork and composure throughout the game to maintain control and finish strongly.
Awards: Lily Thorburn, Emily Mansell, Imogen Jones, Jordan Desailly.
Under-13s: Tocumwal 46 def Katunga 4.
A fantastic performance from our under-13s this week, coming away with a strong win.
It was a solid team effort across the whole court, with the girls continuing to work hard on their defensive pressure, which created plenty of opportunities to score.
The goalers moved extremely well and the team’s feeding into the ring continues to improve each week.
The coaches were really pleased with the effort and teamwork shown by the girls, along with the improvement that continues to come from their hard work at training.

Under-11s: Not scored.
Another great effort from our under-11s this week.
With no bench available, the girls should be incredibly proud of the way they all worked hard right until the final whistle.
Everything the team has been focusing on at training is starting to show out on court, with great teamwork, passing and encouragement for one another.

Wednesday Netball
Under-13s reserves: Tocumwal 12 def by Jets 19.
The Bloods have been working hard on their front cuts and balancing the court at training, and it was fantastic to see some beautiful passages of play throughout the game.
Although Tocumwal went down, the improvement and teamwork the girls are showing each week has been fantastic.
The club is really proud of the girls and their continued progress each week.
