The Coly Blues under-18s footballers were one of those teams, after a comprehensive 12 goal away win against Marrar last Saturday.
The win gave the boys a much-needed confidence boost as they head into the pointy end of the season.
Congratulations to Joel Mahy and Cruz Hickey for debuting in first grade on the weekend.
Both boys held their own extremely well, and it bodes well for the future of the club.
A special mention to Andy Fattore who played across three football grades and at two venues 80km apart, which is a massive commitment.
The entire club has the bye this week in the SWJ and FFNL before teams are home against the Northern Jets next Saturday, July 18.
