Jorja Woolston - (C/WD/WA) Our intercepting queen, Jorja is the ultimate all-round midcourter. Equally effective in attack and defence, she drives with determination to set up play but is just as dangerous when the opposition has the ball. Her ability to read the game, create intercepts, and force multiple turnovers each match makes her a constant threat and a game-changing presence on court.
Georgia Danckert - (WD/C/WA) Georgia's trademark is her powerful shoulder pass. She is a key weapon in transitioning the ball out of our defensive end, delivering long, accurate passes. Versatile and reliable, she can also step into Centre, where her direct drives and quick, precise feeds keep the play moving and create opportunities for our shooters.
Zoe Harvey - (WD/WA) Our one-on-one defensive specialist, Zoe applies relentless pressure that can take her opponent out of the game. Calm and composed under pressure, she provides strong, reliable drives out of defence to help transition the ball smoothly into attack. Her determination, defensive pressure and ability to stay composed with ball in hand make her an invaluable part of our defensive unit.
Nina Glowrey - (GD/GK/GA) Nina is determination personified. A consistent contributor across all four quarters, she brings relentless effort, resilience, and commitment to every contest. As our co-captain, she leads by example, setting the standard with her work ethic and composure. The constant voice of encouragement on court, Nina inspires belief in her teammates and lifts those around her with her unwavering support and leadership.
Lara Redden - (GD/GK) Lara's relentless defensive pressure and ability to hunt the ball make her a huge asset to the team and is a reflection of her tireless work ethic. Deceptively quick, she has a knack for appearing from nowhere to create crucial intercepts. Tough to beat in a one-on-one contest, Lara's determination and defensive instincts make her a constant threat to the opposition.
Stella McBurnie - (GD/GK) One of our most improved players, Stella has developed into a defensive powerhouse this season. Making a confident transition into the GK/GD role, she has shown she is unfazed by physical opposition and embraces every contest. Strong in the air and on the rebound, Stella also transitions the ball out of defence with confidence, using her improved drives to launch our attack with purpose.
Madison Danckert - (GS) Welcomed into the 15s team this year as a GS, Madi has embraced every opportunity with enthusiasm and 100 per cent effort. She approaches feedback with confidence and a willingness to learn, continually developing her game each time she takes the court. As an impact player, Madi brings energy, positivity, and determination, and we are thrilled to have her as part of our team.
