I was recently talking to a very dear friend, who introduced me to a new phrase.
It was ‘sage advice’, which refers to profoundly wise, insightful, and knowledgeable counsel, typically stemming from deep experience and good judgement.
It represents high-quality guidance, often given by a mentor or expert, that is considered reliable, thoughtful, and prudent.
After reflecting on it, I realised that is exactly what the wisdom from above is - it is sage advice.
There is no more reliable, high quality, all-knowing expert or mentor than Jesus himself.
When we ask for His wisdom, He pours it down on us in overflowing abundance.
All we have to do is trust him with all our hearts and put it into practice.
Don’t dither around with doubt, just apply the wisdom God gives you to your life and sit back and see your life flourish in unimaginable ways.
