Both have been recognised for their outstanding contributions to Merino breeding, leadership and advancement of Australian wool.
The pair have a joint induction for their early industry efforts, and separate inductions for their work after they split their family partnership.
From the 1970s onward, Ross was at Willanda and Graham was at One Oak.
Both farms remain in family hands today.
A story on their induction is included in Southern Riverina FARMtalk Magazine, which is out soon, or can be read online in the news section of merinonsw.com.au.

The countdown is on for the Jerilderie Flower Show!
With just over two weeks until show day, I’m sure our local green thumbs have their gardens looking beautiful and are already eyeing off their best blooms for this year’s entries.
Set for Friday, October 23 at the Jerilderie Civic Hall, the full Flower Show program has now been released, with copies available from the Jerilderie Library, council office and various shopfronts around town.
And you certainly don’t need to be a prize-winning gardener to get involved! Along with an extensive range of cut flowers, roses, pot plants and floral arrangements, there are also cookery, jams, adult craft, children’s cookery, children’s floral and children’s craft sections.
The hall will be open on October 23 from 8.30am for entries, with entries closing at 11am ahead of judging at 11.30am.
The Flower Show will be officially opened at 2pm by 2026 Jerilderie Citizen of the Year, John Crittenden, with plenty to see throughout the afternoon including school and preschool items, the Tidy Towns best garden awards, CWA display, local craft, photography, succulents, flowers, cake and produce stalls.
Admission is only $2, with lunch available for $20 and afternoon tea for $5. Prizes and trophies will be presented from 3.30pm.
If you have any questions about entering or the Flower Show, contact Lorraine on 0437 847809.

The Jerilderie Men’s Shed is making some great improvements at the shed, helping to create a safer and easier working environment for its members.
Tony Schefe is organising the installation of a roller door for the workshop, which will eliminate the need for the blokes to lift the existing heavy doors.
The old wooden doors certainly won’t go to waste either, with plans already underway to reuse the timber for other projects.
The fellas are also making some changes to their fantastic bottle and can recycling operation.
A large covered trailer will be purchased, allowing bags of bottles and cans to be placed directly into the trailer as they are packed. This will remove the need for over-stretching and stacking bags too high, while the larger trailer will also allow them to transport a much bigger load.
These improvements will help ensure the Men’s Shed members can continue their wonderful recycling project safely for many years to come.
The Men’s Shed would also like to extend a sincere thank you to our wonderful community and local businesses for their ongoing support, whether it be donating cans and bottles, furniture or other items.
This support not only keeps the fellas busy at the shed, but allows them to continue giving back to the Jerilderie community.
