The 126th annual show for the community, the effort was praised by Federal Member for Farrer David Farley, who was invited to open the show on what was a beautiful spring day following consistent rainfall a few days earlier.
Mr Farley said the contributions to the one-day event reflected the “get to work” nature of Farrer residents, especially those of Berrigan who formed the first Rural Fire Service brigade.

Whilst livestock events were down without sheep and poultry, the pavilion was full with strong entries across junior and open classes.
