The Deniliquin & District Transport Industry Wall of Fame was established in 2016 to recognise people who have made a significant contribution to the transport industry across Deniliquin and the wider Southern Riverina region.

An initiative of the Deniliquin Truck Show & Industry Expo committee, the induction dinner is traditionally part of a three day weekend which also includes a truck show and expo and a memorial service, paying tribute to industry members no longer with us.
Inductees and those memorialised are added to the Deniliquin & District Transport Industry Wall of Fame monument at the rest stop in north Deniliquin.
It’s because of this, the area has been renamed Legend’s Rest.
