Hosted by the Deniliquin Mental Health Awareness Group, the annual Halloween Street Party will be held from 11am to 1pm at Waring Gardens, with a daytime format being introduced this year as Halloween falls on a Saturday.
The event will once again feature Deni's popular Safe Trick-or-Treat Walk through the CBD, made possible by the support of local businesses, along with activities, stalls, prizes, a free sausage sizzle and plenty of Halloween fun for the whole family.
Organisers hope the new daytime timeslot will make it easier for families to attend, allowing more people to enjoy the event while participating businesses are still open.
Local businesses and organisations are also being encouraged to get involved, with registrations now open. Details and registration information can be found on the Deniliquin Mental Health Awareness Group website.
The event is free for everyone, so start planning those costumes and get ready for a spooktacular day of community fun in the heart of Deniliquin.
