The Jerilderie Apex club will host an evening with Anthony Violi and Topher Field on Monday, September 16.
Mr Violi is a private weather forecaster and will discuss climate change, the current weather patterns and the drivers behind them.
Mr Field is a libertarian and filmmaker, who has been campaigning for change in the Murray-Darling Basin Plan.
He will discuss all things Basin Plan, the governance of our mighty river systems and the effect its having in our local communities, both mentally and financially.
Following their presentations, both speakers will conduct a Q&A session.
Finger food will be provided on the night, and drinks will be available at bar prices.
The event will be held at the Jerilderie Civic Hall from 6.45pm, with tickets available at the door for $20.
Those wishing to attend are asked to RVSP via the Facebook event page.
