It was brought to fruition through fundraising efforts by Apex, Jerilderie Tennis Club and Jerilderie Sports Club, paired with a Stronger Communities grant.
The shed will be used by the fishing, tennis, bowls and golf clubs as well as providing valuable storage for the sports club.
Murrumbidgee Council Mayor Ruth McRae said it will be a great asset for the sports club and community.
Cr McRae said she was pleased the Stronger Community grant funding — colloquially referred to as merger money — was used for the construction of a shed with volunteer amenities.
A special presentation was made to Ian Sneddon for his dedication and loyalty to the club over the past 40 years, with the unveiling of an Ian Sneddon Drive sign and bench seat.
This will be installed at the 14th tee, along the lush green golf course.
