The course was perfectly presented, the weather was amazing and everyone enjoyed a delicious lunch provided by the Finley ladies.
There was also excitement when the open was a decided by a ‘sudden death play-off’, won by Sharon Pyle 88, from Margaret Naseby 88.

Friday's winner was Steve Morgan (47-15-32), r/u Alan Arnold (44-9-35), Simon Packer won the putting with 12 and ball winners were Angus Coldwell (40-5-35), Simon Packer (44-8-36) and Lachy Pyle (50-14-36).
Saturday's winner was Lachlan Whelan (39-3.5-35.5), who also won the putting with 15, r/u Joe Nicholls (47-10.5-36.5) and ball winner was Doug Cameron (42-5-37).
Sunday's winner was Simon Packer with 40 points, r/u Steve Senini 38 points and ball winners were Alan Arnold 38 and Lachlan Whelan 36.
Next Sunday is the first round of the Club Championships with tee off at 12.30pm.

Both the midweek and Sunday competitions were medley par events.
Wednesday winner was Jenny McAllister with an even score, r/u Chris Simpson with -6.
Sunday’s winner with a fantastic +8 was Luke Keating, r/u Aaron Purcell +4 and an eagle on the 15th for which he also claimed the NTP second shot.
