Berrigan came up against a tough Picola outfit on the weekend and battled hard throughout the game.
A special congratulations to Charlie Magill on reaching her 150th club game for the Saints.
Charlie was outstanding, producing a terrific performance in defence before returning to her roots in goal attack, where she created strong shooting opportunities and provided a valuable target in the ring.
Bianca Mohr controlled the tempo through the midcourt, delivering accurate feeds into the circle and working tirelessly to link defence and attack.
Layla Towler also had an impressive game, applying relentless defensive pressure and ensuring Picola had to work hard for every possession.
Despite the result, the girls showed plenty of determination and effort against quality opposition and will take plenty of positives into next week's match.

B-grade returned from the bye fresh and ready to take on Picola, producing a strong team performance filled with enthusiasm and improvement.
The girls played with plenty of energy, enjoying themselves while continuing to build connections and explore different combinations across the court.
The work in the goal ring was particularly impressive, with players finding great rhythm and combining seamlessly, looking as though they had been playing together for years.
Defensively, the team remained disciplined and applied strong pressure throughout the game.
The defenders kept their opponents accountable, earning several excellent intercepts and creating valuable opportunities for the side to transition the ball down the court.
It was pleasing to see the team's hard work paying off, with great signs of growth and cohesion as they continue to develop throughout the season.

After enjoying a week off to recover and reset, the girls turned up ready to go and produced an impressive team performance.
A special welcome to Sophie Baxter, who made her senior debut and slotted seamlessly into the side.
Sophie created excellent movement and opportunities down the court, feeding beautifully into the ring and showing plenty of composure.
Sam Henderson and Bec Ware worked brilliantly together in goals, finding great rhythm and creating space with ease.
Their movement was outstanding, and they converted numerous opportunities with some phenomenal shooting.
Through the midcourt, Channy Henderson, Rach Arnold, Maddie Rice and Sienna Bate worked tirelessly, providing strong support in both attack and defence while backing each other up at every opportunity.
At the defensive end, Kayleigh Ross and Jodi Hawes controlled the contest, creating numerous turnovers and giving the team plenty of chances to transition the ball back down the court and convert valuable goals.
It was a fantastic game to watch and wonderful to see C-grade doing what they do best, working together, supporting one another, and playing confident, flowing netball.

C-reserve featured in a hotly contested match against a speedy Picola side.
After a strong start, the girls worked hard throughout the game but struggled to maintain composure and control as the contest intensified.
Danni Black was influential through the midcourt, helping to direct play and keep the team moving forward.
Excellent defensive pressure was applied, creating valuable turnovers and opportunities for the Saints.
In attack, the Saints worked hard to create space in the ring and continually provided strong options for one another.
At the defensive end, the team combined well to win back possession and generate opportunities to transition the ball through to the attackers.
While the girls were unable to hold on to their early lead, there were plenty of positives to takeaway from the game.
The versatility of the team was on full display, with several new combinations trialled successfully.
The experience has provided valuable insight into what works well and given the side even more options to continue developing and refining as the season progresses.

The girls stuck to the basics, stayed focused, and came out firing from the first whistle.
It was a game to be proud of, with a few positional changes to trial different combinations, and everyone adapted really well.
Bella Ward played her best game of the season, applying constant pressure to the shooters, reading the play beautifully, and picking up several intercepts.
Sophia-Ruby Morgan and Emilee Sneddon were outstanding in the goal circle, working hard and converting their opportunities.
Maddie Rice held down the centre court for all four quarters once again, giving 100 per cent effort and contesting everything that came her way.

Under-15s: Berrigan 13 def by Picola United 18.
The under-15s put together a strong performance in such a close game, showing plenty of determination and resilience throughout the game.
The girls chased every loose ball, worked hard for one another, and adapted well to several strategic changes throughout the match.
Their willingness to embrace new challenges and keep competing was a real highlight.
It was especially pleasing to hear more voices on the court, with players communicating well and encouraging one another throughout the game.
The positive attitudes shown by the team helped keep spirits high and contributed to a great team environment.
Most importantly, the girls continued to fight hard from the first whistle to the last, keeping their heads up and never giving up.
Their effort, determination and growing confidence were a credit to the team.

Under-13s: Berrigan 8 def by Picola United 17.
Up against a strong Picola side, the Saints put together a fantastic team performance and blended well as a unit throughout the game.
The girls embraced a number of positional changes, with several players taking on roles they don't normally play, and the move paid off.
A highlight was Evelyn Thomas moving into goals for the first time in the final quarter and managing to sneak through a goal, much to the delight of her teammates and supporters.
Jessie Rice was relentless in defence, getting hands over the ball at every opportunity and creating excellent pressure across the court.
Through the midcourt, Isla Robertson and Ella Flynn worked harmoniously together, backing each other up and creating plenty of opportunities to move the ball forward.
Most pleasing was the willingness of the girls to step outside their comfort zones, support one another, and give their all for the team.
Their positive attitude and adaptability were on full display, making it a great effort against quality opposition.

The girls are really improving and working well as a team.
Our passing and goals were consistent and really displayed how hard the girls are working at training.
Eva Gorman and Audrey James were strong through the midcourt, complementing Sienna Flynn and Lacey Morgan in goals.
Lexi Ratcliff, Lizzie Swann and Lilly Martin did a great job in defence applying great pressure and turning over many goals.
