The Bulldogs now have two wins from two as they sit third on the Heathcote District Football Netball League ladder.
The Bombers have now dropped to sixth on the ladder having won a single game from their first three.
The Bulldogs got off to a hot start with six goals and six behinds to end the first quarter while the Bombers could manage only three behinds at quarter-time.
In the second quarter, the Bombers manage two goals and four behinds while restricting the Bulldogs to just four goals and three behinds.
Unfortunately, it was deja vu for the Bombers as the third quarter played out eerily similar to the first with the Bulldogs pulling away yet again to make the deficit 50 heading into the fourth.
While it was too late to mount a comeback for the Bombers, the fourth quarter proved to be the most entertaining of the game with the Bulldogs only scoring a single behind more than the Bombers who put up four goals and three behinds.
Jobee Warde, Jye Keath, Mitchell Candy, Nathan McLellan, Max Hagan and Josh Hawken were best on ground for the Bombers, with McLellan and Christopher Horman scoring two goals each.
The Bombers will get a chance to make amends as they are set to play eighth-placed winless Elmore in round four.
This will lead them into a bye for round five before a face-off against competition giants, Heathcote in round six.
