Charlie Boswood, Jacob Cartwright and Stephanie Locke have all been selected in the state side for the event being held at Mount Lawley Bowling Club in Western Australia.
Victoria’s squad was announced following its Junior Tri-Series against NSW and Queensland a fortnight ago.
The state retained the overall shield, with the local trio all playing their part in that success.
Victoria lost out to NSW for the under-18 girls title, though debutant Locke was the Big V’s equal-best performer alongside Ayla Romanin.
The tri-series format consists of six rounds, with rounds one and five being one rink of fours, while rounds two and four saw teams play each other in two pairs rinks.
The other two rounds, three and six, also involved two rinks, with one being a singles and the other a triples.
Locke began her campaign with a 13-11 fours win over Queensland before losing 22-14 in a pairs rink against NSW, which would be her only loss at the event.
The Hill Top bowler won each of her remaining rinks, which included singles, pairs and triples wins over NSW, and skipping a 14-10 fours victory over Queensland.
The Kyabram bowler’s 5-1 rink record from the six rounds also placed her fifth in the final player ladder for the under-18 girls event.
Meanwhile, in the under-18 boys, the Big V finished with 45 rink points, well ahead of NSW in second on 24 and bottom-placed Queensland with 21, with Boswood and Cartwright each able to contribute a handful of wins.
Boswood got off the mark in round two winning a pairs rink against NSW 20-13, before following it with a 14-12 triples triumph over the same state in round three.
Cartwright would notch his first victory in round three versus Queensland, winning a tight singles battle 21-18.
The Wunghnu bowler went on to record a further two wins at the event, both as skip.
The Ky native first led a narrow 24-23 pairs victory over NSW in round four before skipping Victoria’s triples rink to another tight win in round six, 20-19 against NSW.
Boswood also had wins in the same two rounds, and was also skip for both.
He teamed up with Jack Duck to easily win a pairs rink against Queensland before another comfortable win over the same state later on in triples.
Boswood finished his campaign with a 4-2 record, placing him fifth on the player ladder, while Cartwright ended 3-3 and was 14th.
