With three teams made grand finals and a fourth making a preliminary final, it has been a successful season across all grades for the club.
Saturday night saw the club attend the 2026 North East Border Female Football League awards night and celebrate with several club members taking out individual awards on the night.
Jerrah Caruso took out the Women’s League Best and Fairest, with Matilda Brown winning the Under 12 League Best and Fairest, Mia Simpson finishing second in the Under 15s Best and Fairest, and Ashlyn Willett and Ruby Newton finishing third and fourth respectively in the Under 18 Division.
Not to be outdone, Shez Spiteri was declared the winner of the Volunteer of the Year award.
As proud as the club is of those individual achievements, this year has been about more than trophies, medals and results.
It has been about the players, coaches, volunteers, families and supporters; the people who turn up week after week, look after one another and make this club the special place that it is.
The club will celebrate this incredible year together at their presentation day in October, but for now they would like to say, “Well done to everyone involved.”
