Daniel Mison: (Defender: No 13) The Benjamin Button of local football. Mouse has played well over 400 games at the club with his football still improving. Has recently got married and still dreams about one day being a power forward. Will be a rock in defence this finals series.
Matt Horne (Coach): (Defender: No 14) Will be coaching from the sidelines this finals series with a plan to go one better than last year.
Ben McCalman (Co Captain): (Midfielder: No 16) A nuggety midfielder who thrives on the big stage. Loves a rainy day and good in the wet. As skipper of the side, he will make his presence known around the stoppages providing he’s not off adventuring.
Connor Didcock (Co Vice Captain): (Defender: No 17) Named Vice Captain at the start of the season however yet to play a game this season in the lunchtime league. Has been a standout player for the seniors across half back, with his game continuing to go from strength to strength.
Allan Bond: (Utility Player: No 18) Whilst the oldest player at the Club, Allan continues to find the football and contribute to the side. With plenty of finals and life experience, he will be providing the level of leadership required to give this finals series a real shake.
Alex Rourke: (Defender: No 23) A quality defender and person who will be a pivotal part of the Rovers defence. Always calm under pressure, and good by hand and foot.
John Glowrey: (Utility Player: No 25) The ultimate club man, will umpire, run the bar, or pull the boots on when required. He will be at the ground early with his footy bag packed, and ready to pull the jumper on if required.
Ben Littmann: (Forward: No 27) Arguably one of the most elusive players at the club, sometimes even his wife can’t find him. Loves being let off the leash, whether it’s up forward or on a function night. Will be a pivotal player coming out of the goal square and will be hitting the scoreboard.
Andrew Simpson: (Ruck/Forward: No 28) A reliable player who has recently returned to playing following a run of injuries. Can play in the ruck or give defenders heartburn up forward.
Andrew May: (Midfielder: No 29) A smart and talented midfielder who has been dominating country football for 30 years. Has had a good season and will be leading the way through the middle of the ground. Andy will also go forward and kick goals when the opportunities present.
Harry Turner: (Forward/Mid: No 31) One of our leading goal kickers who should be in the seniors, but the 2:30 beers keep calling. When on the track watch for him weaving through defenders and finishing with that silky left boot.
Taj Payne: (Co Vice Captain/Utility Player: No 32) Named Vice Captain at the start of the season however yet to play a game this season in the lunchtime league. Smart enough to read the play two steps ahead, fit enough to get there before anyone else, and sporting long curly locks that bounce majestically as he leaves defenders in his wake.
Harry Mcilwain: (Forward: No 33) Whilst he’s had an injury interrupted season, Harry is coming good at the pointy end of the season and will be a key player at centre half forward. Leads up at the football like Anthony Rocca and knows how to kick goals.
Sam Richardson: (Defender: No 34) A young Elvis Presley; got the looks, got the physique, and when he’s on centre stage, always performs. Also been known to excite on Ladies Day.
Nicholas Stubbings: (Defender: No 35) An ever-reliable defender who loves a pack mark, and gets the job done. Never backs down, just tucks the ball under the arm and runs straight through opponents. Will play a key role down back this final series.
Dylan Mills: (Defender/Ruck: No 36) The Bat has been flying this season, from the ruck to centre half forward or centre half back, he has been able to consistently perform to a high level. A team orientated player and club man and will dominate this finals series.
Bailey Caruso: (Forward: No 37) A small forward who has again been able to hit the scoreboard this season. Gets to the right spots and will be looking to cause some havoc for opposition defenders over the next month.
Jack Pekin: (Forward: No 38) This FIFO forward is often in and out of the team with work commitments however, when he’s on, he’s crashing packs and kicking goals. Jack will be important across half forward over the coming weeks.
Aden Bermingham: (Captain/Midfielder: No 39) Co Captain and one of the pivotal leaders in the team. Always runs hard, creates from stoppages and is a deadly kick into the forward line.
Dylan May: (Forward/Midfielder: No 40) Talented player who contributes well each and every time he pulls the jumper on. Loves the hard contest and receiving the football lace out from his older brother Andy.
Hayden Gardiner: (Forward: No 41) Crafty as they come, with an elite left foot he only needs a handful of touches to flip a game on its head.
Bobby Hall: (Utility Player: No 42) AKA “Bobby Ruck”; Loves hearing he’s getting a run in the ruck. Tough as nails, with a booming left foot and a stiff arm that should come with a warning label.
Darby Watson: (Wing/Forward: No 44) One of the most improved players in the side this season and comes into the final’s series in good form. Has the ability to run opposition players off their feet; finds the right spots and remains calm under pressure.
Rylan Wade: (Wing: No 45) A fast running wingman that can also go forward and hit the scoreboard. Continues to improve and let him get goal side, you’ll only see the back of his jumper.
John Allitt: (Ruck/Forward: No 46) The butcher who only plays home games, always ready to chop out in the ruck and snag one up forward. Will be delivering the goods on a platter to the midfield group this finals series.
Tom Beames: (Defender: No 47) A gritty defender who always gives 100 per cent. Great in the contest, clean by foot and hand, and will be defending hard over the next month.
Peter Lewis: (Defender: No 48) A tall defender with the ability to shut down key forwards. Always gets a spray tan before the game and enjoys one on one contact.
Lachlan Holschier: (Utility: No 49) A talented utility player that can work his way through contests like Scott Pendlebury. Good in the air and by foot and will be attacking the football hard throughout the final’s series.
Damian Hope: (Forward/Midfielder: No 51) The King; with Jeremy Howe’s springs and Jake Stringer’s appetite for chaos. This September, he’ll be climbing shoulders like he’s chasing the last beer in the esky.
William Dudley: (Defender: No 52) A key defender coming off another good season. Good skills and always plays his role well. Will get the job on key opposition forwards over the next month.
John Mitchell: (Forward: No 53) Johhny Snitz - The wizard has been known to turn a game off his own boot. Never ceases to surprise both opposition players and supporters when he’s having a day out.
Scott Atley: (Forward: No 54) Big marking forward with a booming right foot. If it clicks, he could cause opposition backmen plenty of concern.
Jordyn McCulloch: (Defender/Midfielder: No 55) Marathon runner, deck-spinner, and finals troublemaker in the making. Wears the jumper with pride and plans to run the opposition ragged.
Jaydyn Lehmann: (Forward: No 57) A reliable forward that always gives his best. Has hit the scoreboard throughout the season and can be very damaging on his day.
James Gilligan: (Midfielder/Defender: No 88) A hard at it midfielder with years of football experience. Hits the contest hard and will provide plenty of leadership around the ground.
Brendan East: (Utility Player: No TBA) An outstanding club person who will pull the boots on to help when required. Requires the full wing to turn around however, rarely misses a target.
Shannon Sampson: (Utility Player: No TBA) A clubman who will pull the boots on to fill a spot when required. Has plenty of football smarts and can still hold his own around the ground.
Simon Stubbings: (Team Manager) A pivotal member of the coaching group, always has the team sheets and jumpers sorted, and is first to rip open the post-game box, like a kid at Christmas.
Blake Norris: (Assistant Coach) Noz – Ever reliable team man that delivers on the hot dogs each week. Will be making the right moves in selection, and on the board come game day.
Mitch Jefferies: (Team Runner/Utility Player) “The Ferrari,” has spent this season doing the running, but has played the last few weeks with a number of goal of the year nominations.
Charlie Hussey, Steven & Kasey Didcock: (Trainers) The key reason the noon boys make it onto the field, expertly sticking body parts together like a human roll of duct tape.
Peter Howley: (Goal Umpire) Arguably one of the greatest backmen to play the game, Pete now takes care of the goal umpiring duties each weekend. A true-blue Rover and reliable club member and volunteer.
Michael Fleming: (Timekeeper) Ever reliable member of the club, with an outstanding ability to operate a stopwatch.
