Bell Mcilwain - (GS, GK) A tall, versatile player who can play effectively at both ends of the court. In GS, she uses her height and strong positioning to hold, provide a clear target, and create opportunities through strong rebounds. Her understanding of the attacking role translates well into GK, allowing her to anticipate feeds, position herself effectively, cut off passing options, and apply constant physical pressure to her opponent, always with a smile.

Sam Hughes - (GS, GA) A new face to the club this year, who has seamlessly slotted into an established attacking lineup and provides endless positivity. She moves beautifully through the circle, creates space for herself and her teammates, and consistently converts opportunities with accuracy. Strong on transition, she also provides a reliable defensive presence following turnovers, applying pressure and helping to win back possession.

Tlarnee Lake - (GS, GA, WA) A welcomed return after a few years away, Tlarnee brings composure and direction into our attacking lineup. She uses well-timed movements and her excellent court awareness to create space and provide strong options for teammates. She converts opportunities with accuracy, while using a strong body effectively when contesting for rebounds. Is able to read the play well and is a valuable contributor in creating and capitalising on midcourt turnovers.

Lainey Blake - (GS, GA, WA) Our playing coach, Lainey, is a versatile attacker who can confidently play both mid court and shooting positions as needed. She is determined and hardworking, continually presenting for the ball and creating options for her teammates. Lainey leads by example with her commitment, work ethic and positive attitude, consistently encouraging those around her to lift their game

Sienna Jenkins - (C, WA) A quick, creative and intelligent midcourt player, Sienna is invaluable to the team. Reads the game exceptionally well and has the vision and composure to dictate play in attack. She brings strong defensive pressure, works tirelessly across the court and consistently makes smart decisions under pressure. A reliable and dynamic player who never misses a beat, with an intense game face that scares the opposition.

Britt Kirby (Captain) - (WD, C) A welcome addition back into the B Grade lineup, Britt brings leadership, direction and a wealth of netball knowledge to the side. She reads the game well, creates pressure, consistently gets hands to ball and is the communication link between our defence and attacking ends. Her defensive work disrupts attacking flow and creates opportunities for our ring defenders to come out hunting. Always reliable and an option across the court, Britt’s experience and composure are a valuable asset to the team, as is her composed intensity.

Georgia McCulloch - (GD) A dynamic and relentless player who brings speed, strong aerial skills and an excellent ability to read play into her game. Her quick movement and anticipation allow her to disrupt attacking flow, get hands to every ball and create turnover opportunities for the team. A strong rebounding presence with a relentless physical approach, she contests every ball and never gives up on a play, making her the backbone of our team and a commanding presence on and off the court.

Maggie Ellis - (GK, WD) Another welcomed return to Rovers this year. Maggie is a competitive and energetic defender who uses her long reach to disrupt play and pick off entering balls. She consistently competes for every contest and works hard to confuse opponents by closing down space and disrupting their options. A strong communicator on court, she brings energy, encouragement and positivity to the defensive end and is a reliable, team-focused presence.
