The U13s Dees scored a massive upset win, defeating Waaia by six goals on Saturday.
From the first whistle the Demons fought hard by turning over the first centre pass
Defenders Rachel, Dusty and Montana played a solid quarter with both sticking tight on their players, and Emily and Georgia taking control down the defense end with magical intercepts and rebounding all game.
Midcourt was strong with Ava, Katey and Miley having strong leads and accurate passing into our attacking end.
Superstar goalies Abbey and Chelsea hardly missed a goal all game and also fought hard for when we had to defend with getting multiple turnovers.

Jerilderie's success continued on the footy field with the inaccurate thirds side scoring a 19 point win over Waaia at Blighty on Sunday.

The Berrigan C reserve Saints took a nail biting win in their first elimination final on at Katamatite on Saturday.
Berrigan fell eight goals down at half time feeling like the game was slipping out of reach.
However, the Saints turned it around in the second half, increasing defensive pressure, capitalising every goal and fighting for every ball.

The U15s Saints fell to an impressive Waaia side over the weekend.
Keia Towler dominated in the defense shutting down Waaia’s sharp shooter whilst Chloe McQualter ran the centre, opening up the game and reading the play beautifully picking off her intercepts.
Final score, Waaia 34 to Berrigan 23
The U13s Saints overcame a slow start to beat Strathmerton by 10 over the weekend.
Strathmerton got a slight jump at the end of the first quarter before Berrigan quickly found their fighting spirit and played their hearts out.
The second half saw the young Saints goalies work beautifully with some brilliant passages into the goals by mid court players and a rock solid defense against the Strathy goal shooters.
Final score, Berrigan 24 to Strathmerton 14.
