The Bloods competed against Blighty in a twilight match that made for a very slick playing surface on the footy field and chilly conditions for spectators, but ultimately saw both the A-grade netballers and the seniors both triumph.
Players wore commemorative jumpers, with medals presented to the best on ground for both senior football and netball.
Congratulations to Renee Phelan for winning The Alice Adcock Medal in A-grade netball, and Duane Haebich for winning The Sandy Family Medal in the seniors.
Tocumwal has a long history with the armed forces, particularly during World War II when the air force base was located at Tocumwal.
This year the club is also focused on those who served in World War I.
