The Children’s Food Bowl Festival

Tomorrow is a Brand-New Day
Tomorrow is a Brand-New Day is a message of hope and an uplifting and fun tribute to learning and growing. Set to the sounds of woodwind and percussion instruments, this new work by composer Alan John brings Davina Bell and Allison Colpoy’s charming picture book to life. This short, interactive session is a perfect first musical experience for young people aged five to eight; the audience is invited to participate in the storytelling and learn about all the different instruments being played.

Monash Park signage unveiling ceremony
The Monash Park signage unveiling ceremony aims to highlight the early history and industries of Shepparton that started by the river along Welsford St. The official unveiling will include 16 interpretive signage panels, guest speakers and afternoon tea and refreshments.

Poet’s Breakfast

The Goulburn Valley Writers’ Group has invited poetry lovers for a memorable literary treat at Noble Monks. Guest poet from Bendigo, Tru Dowling, will be there to share her insights on the delicate art of writing poetry with a selection of her work.

Solar City Country Music Rock Day
The Solar City Country Music Rock Day will feature guest artist The Hirds, with walk-ups welcomed and backed by house band The Night Owls. A barbecue lunch will be available for purchase, and complimentary tea and coffee will be available. There will also be raffles and a nifty-fifty.

Autumn Fashion Parade by Black Pepper
Catch local women strutting their stuff on the catwalk with the latest Black Pepper trends for the upcoming winter season at the GV Health Extended Care Auxiliary’s Autumn Fashion Parade. All proceeds will go to GV Health’s Mary Coram Unit and Grutzner House to help purchase much-needed equipment. Tickets can be collected at the door.
