However, the popular annual garden cart raffle, along with a street stall, will be held on Saturday, September 26.
A wide variety of homemade cakes, slices, biscuits, preserves and plants will be available for purchase at reasonable prices.
Raffle tickets will continue to be sold throughout October with the winner being drawn on Saturday, October 31.
A social outing enjoyed recently by Optimists’ members was a trip to Deniliquin to view ‘The Best of the Bald Archy Prize’ exhibition.
Members were saddened by the recent passing of Mary Higgins, who was an inaugural member and president of the Tocumwal Soroptimists as well as a valued member of the Optimists.
The group send their condolences to Mary’s family and friends.
