“For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth. For what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them. For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse.” Romans 1:18-20.
God gives to everyone the general revelation that He exists through what he has created.
When we look at our world and all that is within it, the magnificence, the beauty, and the splendour of it, we can only conclude that something much bigger than ourselves is responsible for it.
The complexity, order and magnitude of our universe leads us to the natural conclusion that it could have only come into being through a creator.
There is no design without a designer, no order comes from disorder.
The notion that after a big bang the universe simply evolved and life came to be is beyond ludicrous.
God’s eternal power and divine nature has been made clear through what he created.
You only have to ponder the human eye and how it has been fashioned to be able to see that you have been put together by God.
The gift of human life is beyond all natural comprehension and leads us to the knowledge of a supernatural God.
My prayer for you this week is that this knowledge will lead you to discover that the name of our creator is Jesus.
