Long lunch with a side of fundraising

Campaspe Port Enterprise - Port of Echuca representatives Andrea Basham and Tom Smith recently shared the funds with Echuca Neighbourhood House manager Sarah Peake and program manager Alyx Jorgensen.

Ms Peake said the funds were a great boost to the Neighbourhood House and would be used to develop the mobile food pantry, a recent initiative to support families.

“The generosity of Campaspe Port Enterprise and the patrons attending the longest lunch is greatly appreciated,’’ she said.

Port of Echuca visitor experience co-ordinator Ms Basham said they were thrilled to support an organisation doing incredible work in the community.

‘’It’s another great example of organisations working together to support our community,’’ she said.
