It’s a great opportunity to meet local firefighters, learn about the role, training, and commitment involved, and ask any questions you may have.
There is no experience needed, just a willingness to help your community.
The session will be held on Wednesday, May 27 from 6pm, at the Tocumwal Fire Station.
If you’ve been looking for a rewarding challenge, this could be your opportunity to make a real difference in the community.
Bring a friend and come see what being part of the team is all about.

Tocumwal St Vincent de Paul serves the community in many capacities, including visits to the Tocumwal Hostel and hospital, assisting those needing help with food, accommodation, rent fuel and many other services.
The organisation has also collected, sorted and distributed clothing which is sold by the various Vinnies stores in the NSW South West region.
But regrettably, this clothing service is no longer available, since the removal of the blue donation bins.
The bins have been removed not just from Tocumwal, but also other towns in the region.
Members of Saint Vincent de Paul are greatly disappointed that this service is no longer available.
Many members of the local community have given their time and effort to provide this service for Tocumwal.
To these volunteers, local organisers send heartfelt thanks for your commitment to this service over the many years.
And to the many, many community residents, who have generously donated clothing, they also send their sincere thanks to you.
President Paul Sexton wishes to advise locals that all other St Vincent de Paul welfare services will continue as normal.
If anyone requires assistance contact, please Tocumwal St Vincent de Paul.
