Hosted by Finley Apex with the help of various community groups, the ball usually attracts more than 1100 people from across the country to the local showgrounds.
The ball is a massive fundraiser with all money raised going back into Finley Apex projects. It includes work with the Finley Playgroup and Finley Toy Library.
Finley Apex has been able to raise more than $350,000 over the past five years for local community groups.
As an added bonus to the economy, the committee sources most things it needs to the event at local businesses.
Performing on the night — for the first time at Finley — is the Iain Archibald Band, Troy Kemp and Emily Hatton.
Early bird tickets are no longer available, but you can still buy your entry at the gate for $130.
The 18 and over event kicks off at 7.30pm and dress is strictly black tie.
