Bombers pair Sullivan Robey and Angus Clarke were cited for making contact with umpires during their side's 90-point hammering from Brisbane on Sunday.
Those two offences take Essendon to the threshold of five that could trigger a club fine of up to $50,000.
Gold Coast were the first club fined under the league-wide crackdown, penalised $20,000 last month.
Brisbane, Collingwood, Fremantle, North Melbourne, Sydney and the Western Bulldogs have all had players cited for umpire contact four times this season.
The Lions' Jarrod Berry was cited in the same match as Robey and Clarke, while teammate Sam Draper can accept a $2000 fine for tripping Essendon's Jye Caldwell.
Frampton faces missing the Magpies' important clash with arch-rivals Carlton in round 19 unless he can overturn his one-match ban at the tribunal on Tuesday night.
The defender was charged with rough conduct after laying a heavy tackle on North Melbourne's young forward Matt Whitlock.
Friday's incident was graded by match review officer Michael Christian as careless conduct, medium impact and high contact.
Magpies coach Craig McRae said he had no idea what the outcome of Frampton's tribunal hearing would be, after seeing Collingwood's Jack Crisp cleared over the tackle that left North's Tom Blamires concussed.
"There's, you know, some grey in our game, and there's some uncertainty," McRae told Kayo Sports.
"Jack Crisp tackles a guy (who) gets concussed and he gets off, and then this one happened, so I really don't know what's going to transpire there."
Port Adelaide have accepted Jason Horne-Francis's one match ban for rough conduct after his high bump on St Kilda's Liam Stocker.
The incident was graded as careless, medium impact and high contact.
Horne-Francis's ban is another huge blow for Port ahead of their clash with ladder leaders Fremantle, with Zak Butters (ankle) and Mitch Georgiades (concussion) out injured.
Lachie Jones (ribs) and Jack Lukosius (calf) face further assessment after they were hurt in the Power's loss to the Saints.
