Bobette Wilkinson leads the Ladies Club Championships in Division One, finishing with 87 off the stick on Tuesday last week.
Division One grade winner was Julie Penny on 72 net. Division Two leader Sharon Pyle, with 95 off the stick, finished as grade runner-up on 73 with winner Joan Burns victorious after a countback.
Nat Beard leads Division Three with 108.
NTPs went to Shellei Clark 2nd, Sandra Williams 8th Noelene Duncomb Pro Pin $54.
Wednesday saw 111 men playing stableford with Division One going to Adam Purtill with 38 points, runner-up was Brent Huckel 3.
Bennie Benbow was the Division Two winner with 37 followed by Phillip Dungan 36, Terry McMahon was the Division Three winner with 39 defeating Lou Richard on 37, and Division Four was won by Frank Manson (St. Michael’s GC) on 40, with runner-up Lindsay Jones scoring 35.
NTPs went to Mark O’Brien 2nd, Doug Pocknee 8th, Freddy Barton Pro Pin 18th $115.
Men’s Gold winner was Laurence Rickard 36.
Denise Huy claimed the Division One win with 40 points when 46 ladies played stableford on Saturday.
Huy was followed by Carol Irvine 36, while Division Two went to Val Watmore 35, ahead of Nat Beard 33.
NTPs went to Roslyn Hughes 2nd, Susan Hawe 18th.
Men’s second and third round of the Club Championships were played Saturday and Sunday that saw Caleb Bovalina extending his lead in Division One with 65, 68 and 70 for a total of 203.
Michael Cooper is in second place with 77, 78 and 76 for a total of 231 and in third place is Peter Bolt with 79, 75 and 79 for a total of 233.
Division Two is led by Tommy Keogh with 275, while Denis Garner and Jeffrey Conrad trail, both on 281.
Bruce Cavanaugh’s 303 sees him lead Division Three ahead of Gerry Lawson 306 and Joe Sacco 311.
Ladie’s stableford winner from Sunday was Susan Bull with 39 points.

Finley
Paul Pinnuck stepped up with 39 stableford points at Wednesday’s men’s competition to claim the Finley Hardware voucher.
Alan Hand was NTP on the 18th and ball competition winners were John Taylor (36) and Ian Swain and Doug Smith, who each had 34 points.
The Matt Daniel NAGA trophy was claimed by Beau Makkinga.
It was John Taylor with 37.5 net who came in the winner of the trophy at the Play 9 Nine stroke competition on Thursday.
Ball competition winners were Christine Shaw (38), Marty Piggin (38.5) and Ken Lowry (41).
A good field turned out on Saturday for the BP Servo Mixed 4BBB V-Par event.
Dave Cordell and Janet Delmenico, who finished at 10-up, claimed the winner’s trophy with Trevor and Kim McCaw runners-up with 9-up.
V-Par was also played in the PWP section. Rob Daniel finished at 2-up to take out the trophy.
NTP on the 18th was Paul Pinnuck.
Ball competition winners were Paul Pinnuck and Sue Simpson along with Grant and Christine Shaw who each had 6-up, while Alan Hand finished square in the PWP section.
It was made necessary for the JDS Industries stableford event on Sunday to be played as a medley.
Matt Daniel with 39 points after countback took out the day’s trophy as well as NTP on the 18th.
Ball competition winners were Darren John (39) and Alan Hand (36).
At the weekend Stableford will be played on Saturday and on Sunday, Monthly Medal will be played.
SR Vets
The May Southern Riverina Veterans Golf Association Competition round was played at Jerilderie Golf Club on Monday with 80 golfers taking part.
Stableford was played and Wayne Knowles (Yarrawonga/Mulwala) with 34 points took the A grade trophy while Tony Forristal (Yarrawonga/Mulwala) on 33 was runner-up.
B grade winner with 38 points was Ron Hayes (Tocumwal) followed by Neil Graham (Berrigan) 37.
Beau Makkinga (Finley) on 39 points took C grade from Bill Judd (Finley) on 38.
NTPs were A grade NTP Doug Pocknee (Cobram/Barooga); B grade Brian Nowell (Cobram/Barooga); C grade Terry Duffy (Yarrawonga/Mulwala) and All Grades Tony Hardy (Cobram/Barooga).
Balls were awarded to players with 28 points and better.
The June Southern Riverina Veteran Golfers Competition Day is Monday, June 17 at Tocumwal.
Finley ladies
It was a small field of lady golfers in the Paul Roberts Jewellers sponsored stableford event.
Winner: Linda Rendell 36.
NTP: Joanne Dean on 13th.
Ball winners: Enid Bain 34; Janet Delmenico 33.
