Family and friends are warmly invited to attend a celebration of life for Richard (Dick) Chapman to be held at the Lakeview Chapel, Albany Creek Memorial Park, 400 Albany Creek Road, Bridgeman Downs on Thursday 23 October at 2pm.

Dick’s family request that in lieu of flowers, donations to Dementia Australia be considered so a cure for this dreadful condition can be found.
