Dearly loved daughter of Steel and Essel Taylor (both dec).

Devoted and loving wife of Anthony McGowan (dec) and cherished companion of Possum, her beloved dog.

Much loved cousin of the Cummins family.


A lifelong dedication to education and charity.


Special thanks to Calvary Bethlehem staff and Call on Clare for the amazing care they provided.

A Memorial Mass to celebrate Bernadette's life will be held at St. Cecilia's Parish, Camberwell South, 37 Hillside Parade,

Glen Iris on Thursday, 28 May 2026 at 11am.
