SLATER, Anne (née Watson)

Late of Toowoomba, passed away peacefully after a long and courageous battle with illness, aged 91 years.

Loving Wife of Ross (dec'd). Mother of Dee and Bron, Mother-in-law of Peter and Adrian, Grandmother to Andrew, Sonya and Manda; Tyler, Dana and Jess and their partners, Great-Grandmother to Karissa, Caitlin, Georgina, Nikita, Bridie, Hallie and Arthur, and Great-Great-Grandmother to Carter. A loved friend to many. Anne will be remembered with love, gratitude and affection by all whose lives she touched.

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend a celebration of Anne's life, at a memorial service to be held at the T.S. Burstow Chapel, 1020 Ruthven Street (south), Toowoomba, commencing at 12.00pm, Wednesday, 12th August 2026.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Anne’s memory may be made to the Blush Cancer Care Inc. Gift envelopes available at the chapel.

Following the service, all are welcome to join the family for refreshments and to share memories of Anne’s life.
