MCGOVERN, Thomas Patrick "Pat"

Late of Toowoomba and formerly of Dalby and Longreach, passed away on 19th July 2026, aged 96 years.

Cherished Son of Tom and Mona (Longreach). Devoted and Beloved Husband of Patricia Mary "Pat" (dec'd). Loved Father and Father-in-law of Tom and Jean; Mary and Daniel; Claire; Brendan and Megan. Adored "Pop" of Tom and Stephanie, Lachlan and Maddy, Patrick and Kareena; Bridget and Joshua, Cecilia, Martin and Kate, Anna, Joseph, and Elizabeth; Matthew, and Pip. Lovely "Old Pop" of Tommy, Ellie, and Emma; Seb, Abbie, and Archie; Darcy, and Maddison; Anastasia, and Maximilian; Noah, and Isla. Beloved Twin Brother and Brother-in-law of John (dec'd) and José, and cherished Uncle of Leo, Catherine (dec'd), Jennie, John, Matthew, Damian, and Madelaine.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Pat's funeral, to be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 302 North Street, Wilsonton, Requiem Mass commencing at 9.30am, Wednesday, 29th July 2026.

Pat will then be laid to rest later that day at Myall Remembrance Park, Bunya Highway, Dalby, committal commencing at 2.30pm.
