to be held in the Florey Chapel, Jubilee Complex, Centennial Park,
Goodwood Rd, Pasadena
on Thursday January 8th, commencing at 12.45pm.
In lieu of flowers donations can be forwarded to the Childhood Cancer Association.
Envelopes will be available at the service.
