ZYLSTRA (Zijlstra). _ Ernst. Late 1 RAR 9th Batt. Vietnam Vet 1201261 Born Oct. 27, 1941, in Batavia Indonesia. Passed away peacefully at Gandarra Pallitave Care, Ballarat on Oct. 3, 2013 after a long illness. Son of Evert and Carolyn (both dec.). Brother of Elly and brother-in-law of Arie (dec.). Loving partner of Jill. Father of Michael and Stephen. Dad to Leo, Ellisha, Ian and Adam. Father in law of Debbie, Greg and Fiona. Grandfather of Jamie, Chloe, Zac, Ruby, Alex and Isaac. Thank you to everyone involved in Ern's care over the past few months. He will be sadly missed but our love for him means he'll never be forgotten.
