VICKERS, Rosemary Anne

On behalf of all the staff and affiliates of Independent Health Care Service, the Board would like to express their deepest sympathy on the passing of Rosemary Anne Vickers, a founder of Independent Health Care Service. Her dedication and foresight in recognising the need for community care, has delivered services and supports to thousands of Tasmanians since 1992, a legacy that continues today.
