Late of Adelaide, South Australia.

Aged 68 years.


After many years of illness, Prem passed away peacefully on Wednesday 15th April at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, surrounded by loved ones.


She leaves behind her loving husband Warren Stephenson, her sons Matthew and Michael Stephenson, and their families.


Prem was a well-loved and active member of her community, remembered for her strength, kindness, and the warmth she shared with all who knew her.


Forever in our hearts.
