Passed away peacefully, surrounded by the family he loved so much.

Beloved soulmate and husband of Donna.

Much-loved Dad to Jordanne, Alexandrea, William and Oliver, and adored Pop to Amaya, Emily and Zoey. Luke and Hanna also held a very special place in Daryl's heart and in our family.

Loved son of James and Daphne (dec.), and brother to Catherine, Julene (dec.), Louise and Michelle.

Family was everything to Daryl.

He was strong, loyal, generous and always there when someone needed him. A great mate, a mentor to many, and a man who left his mark on so many people simply by being who he was.

Daryl faced his illness with extraordinary courage. He fought incredibly hard, never complained and never stopped thinking about the people he loved. Even through the hardest days, his family always came first.

Donna and the family would like to sincerely thank everyone who cared for Daryl throughout his illness, and all those who stood beside us with friendship, kindness and love. We will never forget it.

We are incredibly proud of the man he was and so grateful for the life, love and memories we shared with him.

A remarkable man.

A life well lived.

A love that will never leave us.
