LENZ, Erich

The members of the German Australian Association of Tasmania acknowledge the enormous contribution made to our club by Life Member Erich, who passed away recently. Erich served on the committee for many years and, as a skilled bricklayer, helped transform the old house into the club building we have today. He will be remembered with great appreciation.

He was still enjoying a game of cards with his mates at the club as recently as this month. The Skat players will miss his laughter, wonderful sense of humour, and friendship.
