LEE, Peter

The Chief Executive and staff of the Department of Mining and Energy, extend their deepest condolences to Greta, Heidee and family on the passing of Peter.

Peter had a long career in the petroleum industry, working as a regulator across Australia and more recently as a Senior Petroleum Engineer in the Energy Development Division for the last six years.

Peter had recently moved to Europe to be closer to family. He will be fondly remembered, including for his trademark “snazzy” dress style and wry sense of humour.
