Passed away peacefully following a three year battle with pancreatic cancer.

Beloved husband of Kathy, treasured and adored dad of Sophie, loving step-dad of Maree (dec.)

Dearly loved brother and brother-in-law of Helena and Chris Ablett, Mary and Shane Carver, Di and Joe van Tienen, Victor and Angel Reynolds.

Much loved uncle and great uncle Henry.

A special thank you to Dr Sujata Trivedi, Dr Rebecca Tay and all the wonderful people who cared for Henry at the Icon Centre, RHH, Gibson Ward, Palliative Care South and Kingston Community Nursing.
