Tuesday 11 saw the Ladies playing Monthly Medal, Stroke, (Puts, Seiter Shield Final Silver Spoon) with 43 players... Monthly Medal was won by Patricia Small with 74..Division 1 Stroke winner was Maxine Sadler with 81 Gross.. Stroke Net was Grade Winner Maxine Sadler 74.. Division 2 Gross was Carmel Butcher with 102...Division 2 Nett went to Shirley Desailly with 74..

Ladies Gold Winner was Gina Brown with 31 pts..

Wednesday 12 saw 77 members playing Stroke on the white course with Division 1 going to Adam Purtill who had 67,Runner up was Greg Brooks with 69..Terry McMahon was the DIVISION 2 winner with 68. Allan Deluca

also had 68.. Division 3 went to Liam Purtill who had 73..Runner up was won by Lionel Thurtell with 74.. Mens Gold Winner was Walter Atkins with 81..

Saturday 15th saw 32 ladies playing Stableford with Division 1 going to Sandra Williams with 38..Runner up was won by Roslyn Seymour with 37. Division 2 went to Robyn Taverna with 36 pts Runner up was Carmel Butcher with 33.. Ladies Gold went to Pauline Gilbee with 31 pts..

55 members played Stableford on the Blue course with Division 1 won by David Purtill with 37 pts..Runner up was Phil Nunn with 36..Division 2 went to Allan Deluca with 38 pts,,Runner up was Steven Molnar 37 pts..Liam Purtill was the Division 3 winner with 40 pts followed by Clinton Lnight with 35..

  1. On Sunday we had 11 ladies playing Stableford with Lindy Cooper the winner with 38 pts.. Mens White Stableford ( semi Final Singles Knockout) saw 65 members playing with Division 1 won by Adam Purtill with 37 pts Runner up was Brent Huckel with 36 pts..Division 2 went to Brett Shaw with 37 with Mick Keen runner up with 35 pts..Ronald Loversidge was the DIVISION 3 winner with 37 pts.. Graham Owen also had 37 pts....

Finley

It was Ian Swain with 41 Points who took out the Trophy at Wednesday’s Men’s Ray Healey Stableford Competition. NTP on the 18th was Barry Wilson and the Pro Pin jackpotted once again. Ball Competition winners were Paul Beaver 39, Doug Smith 33, and Marty Piggin and Paul Pinnuck with 31 Points.

Stroke was played at the Play 9 - 9 Hole Competition on Thursday. The Winner with 32 Net was Rodger Sutton. Ball Competition winners were Beau Makkinga 32.5, Marty Piggin 33, John Taylor 34, and Naldo Casanova with 35.5 Net.

A good field turned out on Saturday for the Southern Riverina News Men’s and Ladies Two Person Ambrose. Ian Swain and Ian Daniel with 65.5 Net claimed the Men’s Trophy and Sharon Pyle and Joanne Dean with 71.5 Net were Ladies Division Winners. NTP on the 18th was Lindsay Donkin on the 13th Beth White and Trevor McCaw picked up the Pro Pin. Ball Competition winners were Trevor McCaw and Rob Daniel 66, Colin McNamara and Dave Cordell 68.75, John and Mick Taylor 69 and Kellie White and Christine Shaw with 74.75 Net.

Played in conjunction with the day was the Club qualifying event for the 2020 NSW Keno Let’s Play Ambrose Event. Qualifying pairs were Ian Swain and Ian Daniel for the Men’s Division and Sharon Pyle and Joanne Dean for the Ladies. The Qualifying round for the Mixed Division will now be conducted on Sunday, September 6th with all qualifiers going on to the Regional Final at Wagga Wagga Country Club on Sunday 27th September.

On Sunday the J & H Braybon Stableford Competition was held. Ian Swain with 35 Points came out on top once again to take the Men’s Division One Trophy with Alan Hand on 36 Points claiming Division Two. Sharon Pyle who carded 34 Points was Ladies Division winner. NTP on the 18th was Alan Hand and Paul Pinnuck took out the Pro Pin. Ball Competition winners were Mark Robertson 34, Doug Smith and Marty Piggin with 33, Leo McNamara, Justin Crowley and Paul Pinnuck on 32 and Janet Delmenico and Sue Simpson on 27 Points. Beau Makkinga and Maree Doyle picked up a NAGA Trophies for their efforts on the day.

At the weekend Stroke will be played on Saturday and Stableford on Sunday.

Berrigan

Saturday's winner was Chris Kelly with a nett score of 37, runner up was Doug Cameron with a nett score of 37.5. Angus Coldwell won the putting with 14 putts, Tom Whelan was the ball winner with a nett score of 38.Sunday was 4BBB Championship and the winners were Matthew Whelan and Peter Shand with 78, runner up were Doug and Chris Cameron with 80.Handicap winners were Tom Walliss and Toby Dalgliesh with 66, runner up was Jeff Stein and Beau Walliss with 67, ball winners were Nick Manley and Joe Karakai on 70 and Marianne and Lachlan Whelan on 69. Lachlan Whelan won NTP on the 17th.
