Jerilderie faced a tough loss against a skilled Dookie side. In defence, the junior players stepped up, making Dookie's attack work hard for every goal. The mid-court battled hard, keeping the ball moving and showing some awesome teamwork to get it to the shooters, even against Dookie's tough defence.

B-grade: Jerilderie 54 lost to Dookie 64.
Despite the loss, it was the girls' best performance this season. The defensive pressure forced Dookie into making some critical mistakes, and mid-court players worked the ball down the court with some seriously strong and speedy passes right into our goalers.

The girls worked tirelessly in the mid-court, displaying strength and endurance and never gave up. A couple of balls were intercepted and turned over quickly.

C-reserve: Jerilderie 13 lost to Dookie 52.
Even though the Demons showed patches of good game play, there were too many errors and a lack of drive saw Dookie dominate. Sienna Reid earned the BOC for never giving up. Despite feeling out of her depth in the first quarter, she took some advice, dug deep and really stepped up with some great intercepts, rebounds and pressure. Georgia Cronin ran hard in centre most of the game, before giving GD a go for the first time during the last quarter. Her speed, positive attitude and ball movement earning her an award. Trying her hand at WA for the first time, Katie Gurcuillo showed great teamwork and effort, earning her an award.
Under-17s: Jerilderie 53 def Dookie 37.
The girls came home with a strong win against Dookie. They were a bit slow to warm up, coming off at quarter time only two goals ahead. But the second quarter saw a completely different team take the court.

Under-15s: Jerilderie 50 def Dookie 30.
The girls came home with another great win, defeating Dookie by a massive 20 goals. As always, the defence was rock solid. The team played a fantastic game, and are gelling together.

Under-13s: Jerilderie 9 lost to Dookie 19.
Despite being beaten, the under-13s showed determination and teamwork throughout, applying consistent pressure and transitioning well down the court. A fantastic effort all round.

The team enjoyed a fun and engaging inter-club game with our Net Set Go players. It was a great opportunity for all involved to build confidence, practice their skills, and enjoy the game together. It was wonderful to see the older girls step up and assist the younger players, showing great leadership and sportsmanship. Their encouragement and teamwork were clear as they helped guide and support the Net Set Go participants on the court. Overall, the game was a fantastic display of skill, inclusiveness, and team spirit. Well done to everyone involved!
