Three Southern Riverina Colston Scammell Shield players have been selected for the NSW Bradman Cup carnival after their performances in Deniliquin a fortnight ago.

Liam Sutton from the Tocumwal Cricket Club, Nick Oliver from the Wandella Cricket Club, and Max Thompson from Nyah District Cricket Club have all earned selection on the Riverina team for the under-16s Bradman Cup
The players will head to Cootamundra on November 23 and 24 for the first leg of the cup, with the second leg taking place in early January 2025 at Albury.
This team will play in the Southern NSW Bradman Cup carnival, which comprises six teams.
They will play the leading under-16 male cricketers in the Southern pool, including Riverina, Western, Greater Illawarra and Southern Districts.
A similar carnival will be held on the North Coast with the northern pool featuring Newcastle, Central Coast, Central Northern and North Coastal line-ups.
Winners of each will play off for the Bradman Cup title in early February at the SCG, with the Player of the Bradman Cup awarded the Nathan Lyon Medal.
Max Thompson from Nyah District Cricket Club was also selected for the Riverina Bradman Cup team after his performance at the Colston Scammell Shield.
