A ripper game for the A-grade Sainters, with another win under the belt taking us to 7th position.
The win was set up by some solid defence by Steph Fiore and Sabrina Dalgleish, while Kayleigh dominated the mid-court and Bianca Mohr showed strength and composure in goals.
Coach Leah Bartlett made it on in the last quarter for a very special mother and daughter debut in the ring with Hollie, even scoring a few goals to top a nice win.

B-grade: Berrigan 61 def Blighty 29.
An amazing game with great connections for the girls.
An unfortunate injury to our GS Bec Ware saw Leah Bartlett come on and shoot some beautiful goals.
The side is a very adaptable one and with everyone stepping up.

C-grade: Berrigan 28 def Blighty 25.
A great win by the girls with a strong effort put in. They were well rewarded for that consistency.
We lost Rachael Arnold early, but were able to continue our court pressure and ran it out.
Big improvement in goals this week, and thank you to Tess Middleton and Arlena Pyle for filling in.

C-reserve: Berrigan 40 def Blighty 14.
What a win it was for the C-reserve girls, who were glad to be back on the winner’s list this week.
It has been fantastic to see our work coming through from training to the court on Saturday, keep working hard ladies.

Under-17s: Berrigan 44 def Blighty 38.
A great win for the under-17s, even when missing their key defender for their round four match.
A tightly contested game, the young Saints couldn’t find their usual top gear, however still dug deep and were able to come away with the dub.
Polished in many passages of the game, a very happy coach with the flexibility and depth that each player has demonstrated.
Special mentions to our reliable under-15s, who never miss a beat and have moulded nicely with the team.
Maisie Armer was polished and poised in GA and well-supported by Lucy Pyle in the mid earning top accolades for the day.

First win of the season for the girls. Well done to them on a great effort and congratulations on the win.
Everyone played their part beautifully, great chasing of the ball and great pressure applied on the opposition provided us with some excellent turnovers.
Sophia-Ruby Morgan and Darcie Smith worked well again in the goal ring, and Bella Ward was true to form in defence.

Under-13s: Blighty 50 def Berrigan 0.
The Saints went out and battled all game with heads held high. It is a new side and we’re still finding our footing.
There was so much positivity on the court. We are enjoying watching these girls build up each week.

Under-11s: Not scored.
A close game today for the little Saints, who got off to a flyer with Ella shooting a fabulous goal in the second quarter.
The girls are moving well and really starting to gel as a team. Emily Gorman, Matylda Dess and Hollie Flynn led the charge, earning the top spots and awards this week.
