The winner was Janet Delmenico with 97/27/70 net, on C/B.
Ball competition winners were Maree Doyle, 70 net, and Helen Wastle on 74 net.
Putting was won by Deborah Pyke with 30 putts.
In the men’s stableford competition, the top results went to Rodger Sutton with 37 points, Stewart Lewis 35 points, John Taylor 34 points and Marty Piggin 33 points on C/B.
NTP on 18th was John Taylor.
Saturday was the first day of the 2025 Garnaut Long Weekend Event, and the competition was 4BBB stableford.
The winners in the women’s division were Kellie White and Mary Polkinghorne with 44 points.
Runners-up were Anne Harding and Helen Wastle with 42 points.
Ball winners were Maree Doyle and Sharon Pyle on 40 points.
In the men’s division, the winners were Jake Smith and Darren Pyle with 48 points.
Runners-up were Anthony Kable and Gerard Atley with 45 points.
Ball winners were Randall Jakeman and John Taylor with 43 points, and James Braybon and Rob Singleton with 41 points on C/B.
Sunday was the second day of the 2025 Garnaut Long Weekend Event, and the competition was two person ambrose.
The women’s scratch winners were Denise Clune and Kellie White with 76, and runners-up were Bobette Wilkinson and Maxine Sadler on 77.
Net winners were Sharon Pyle and Maree Doyle on 68.75 net, and runners-up were Joanne Dean and Mary Polkinghorne with 70.25 net.
Ball winners were Marise Potter and Lynne Canavan on 73 net.
In the men’s division, the scratch winners were Jack Armstrong and Liam Purtill on 66, and runners-up were Adam Purtill and Matt McLeod on 67.
Net winners were Lindsay Donkin and Randall Jakeman with 62.5 net, and runners-up were Norm Pyle and Rob Singleton with 65.75 net.
Ball winners were Harry Daniel and Rodger Sutton on 68 net, and Damien Angove and Sel Corcoran on 68.25 net.
Monday was the third day of the 2025 Garnaut Long Weekend Event, and the competition was individual stableford.
The women’s winner was Sue Simpson with 32 points, and runner-up was Kim McCaw with 31 points.
The men’s winner was John Taylor with 38 points, and runner-up was Randall Jakeman with 36 points.
Ball winners were Ray Healey and Trevor McCaw with 35 points each, Tony Smith on 34 and Maree Doyle on 30.
Jerilderie
Last Wednesday’s competition was a medley stableford, and the winner was Kerrie McLennan on 34 points.
Runner-up was Vene Mitchell on 33, on count back from Heather Cameron.
Sunday was also medley stableford, and a good size field enjoyed great golfing weather.
Unfortunately, results were not available at the time of submitting this report.
Tocumwal
It was another big week on the course at Club Tocumwal, as we closed out September.
Last Monday, September 29 we had our Medley Nine Hole Comp, played as stableford on the president’s course.
A-grade winner was Melanie Armstrong with 23.
Tuesday was 27 hole Women’s Foursomes Championship, played on the president’s.
Winners were Vanessa Ranken and Sue Lawson with a score of 64.
The Nine Hole Women’s Foursomes were also held on the president’s.
Roslyn Seymour and her partner (full name not supplied) won with a score of 32.5.
The Wednesday men’s comp was on the president’s course.
A-grade - Ray Watmore 40, Mark Barker 38, Scott Eddy 37.
B-grade - Christopher Forster 16, Graham Huxtable 41, Colin Galvin 39.
C-grade - Phil Cheesewright 44, Douglas Carney 40, Rodney Jackson 38 C/B.

A-grade: Daryl Nalder 42, Shane Halloran 40 C/B, Mark O’Brien 40.

Saturday was a stableford comp on the president’s course for both the men and the women.

C-grade - Michael Suddes 40, James Davey 36 C/B, Bailey Suddes 36.

On Sunday we had the Men’s Monthly Medal on the captain’s.

Berrigan
Wednesday’s winner was Doug Cameron with 18 points, and runner-up was Dave Midson with 18 points.
Friday’s winner was Jeff Stein (44-11-33), and runner-up was Alan Arnold (42-8.5-33.5).
Matt Whelan won the putting with 13 putts, and ball winners were Clive Johnston, Brendan Haintz and Beau Walliss.
Saturday’s winner was Chris Cameron (48-2-33), and runner-up was Louise Johnston (48-14.5-33.5).
Chris also won the putting with 12 putts, and ball winners were Maria McDonnell, Doug Cameron, Steve Senini and Sandy Moar.
Sunday’s winner was Paul McVicor with a 73 net, and runner-up was Dave Midson with 74 nett.
Paul also won the putting with 31 putts, and Doug Cameron was nearest the pin.
This Sunday is Townies v Farmers, with a 12.30pm tee off.
This is a two person ambrose, and a great day for all golf levels.
