A field of 111 Southern Riverina Veteran Golfers played Stableford at their February game day at Tocumwal on Monday, which was also the annual meeting and awards presentation for the 2025 year.

The winner of Wednesday’s Stableford Medley was Mike Smith with 38 points. Ball winners were John Taylor 35, Bo Makkinga and Hannah Kelly 33 points c/b. NTP: 18 th Bo Makkinga.
Thursday’s nine-hole competition winner was Ian Armer Jnr with 22 points. Ball winners were Kim McCaw 21 points and John Taylor 20. Anyone interested in playing in the Thursday nine-hole Stableford competition, tee times are from 3pm till 5pm. Groups will be drawn from those present at the club at 3pm or organise your own group (if playing later) and ring the club to let the starter know.
Saturday’s competition was Stableford and the Division 1 winner was Sharon Pyle with 41 points, while Division 2 winner was Susan Simpson with 33 points on c/b. Ball comp: James Peck 37, Grant Wilson 36, Mark Newton, Michael Cooper and Paul Pinnuck 35, Shellei Clark and Sam Singleton 34, and Leanne Marshal 33 c/b. NTP: 13th Sharon Pyle; 18th Brendan Heath. James Peck had an eagle on the 10th hole.
On Sunday, the competition was Stroke, and the winner was Angus Robertson 84/18/66 net. Ball winners were Colin McNamara 69, Lindsay Donkin and Mark Newton 72, and Sel Corcoran 73 c/b. NTP: 18th Rick Shaw.

Wednesday's winner was Paul McVicor (44-9-35), r/u Jeff Stein (36), ball winners Maria McDonnell and Dave Midson both on net 36.
Friday's winner was Lachy Pyle (47-15-32), r/u Geoff Tait (48-15-33), Beau Walliss won the putting with 14 and ball winners were John Walker (35.5), Dave Midson (37) and Chris Kelly (37.5).
Saturday's winner was Alan Arnold (39-8-31), r/u Maria McDonnell (55-20-35), Joe Nicholls won the putting with 13 and ball winners were Mick Curtin (47-12-35), Gail Browne (36) and Steve Senini (36.5).
Sunday's winner was Chris Cameron on c/b with 35 points, r/u Mick Curtin and ball winners were Geoff Tait 34, Paul McVicor 34 and Neil Graham 34.
