Three milestone game players who have each given so much to the Jerilderie Football Netball Club both on and off the court were celebrated at the weekend.

They included Fee Edwards, the club’s first aid queen, as well as Tanya Lovehill and Loretta Walker.
Tanya was a 2016 and 2017 premiership player and Loretta a 2017 premiership player and the under-11 coach and B-grade co-coach.
A club spokesperson said the club is incredibly lucky to have Fee, Tanya and Loretta.
“Their dedication, humour, volunteer spirit and love for the JFNC make the community stronger, and the club appreciates everything they continue to do.” the spokesperson said.
A-grade: Jerilderie 27 def by Tungamah 69.
Against a strong Tungamah side, Jerilderie knew from the first whistle that it would be a tough contest.
The girls took to the court with a positive mindset and were determined to give their all, no matter what the scoreboard showed.
While unable to score a win, the effort, determination and sportsmanship shown by every player was something to be proud of.
B-grade: Jerilderie 28 def by Tungamah 71.
The girls took the court against a tall and talented Tungamah outfit, with their height proving a challenge across the court.
While the scoreboard didn't fall our way, the Dees never dropped their heads and continued to fight hard until the final whistle, making Tungamah work for every goal and every margin they earned.
C-grade: Jerilderie 34 def by Tungamah 39.
The Dees fell just short against Tungamah in a nail-biting contest that kept spectators on the edge of their seats from start to finish.
It was a clean, hard-fought game played in great spirit by both sides, with plenty of momentum swings throughout the match.
Despite the narrow loss, it was an entertaining game to watch with plenty of positives to take away from the game.
C-Reserve: Jerilderie 17 def by Tungamah 31.
This was one of Jerilderie’s best performances of the year.
Scores were level at half time, which really spurred the girls on. But they began to run out of puff and unforced errors crept in.
Some sloppy passes and silly decisions allowed Tungamah to pull ahead at the three quarter break, but the Dees were able to rally in the last quarter.

Under-17s: Jerilderie 40 def by Tungamah 72.
Despite the challenge, the girls took to the court with a positive mindset and were ready to give their all.
The midcourt worked tirelessly throughout the entire game, applying pressure down the court and creating several intercepts and loose-ball opportunities.
While the Dees struggled to gain consistent control of the ball, the effort and determination never wavered.
Under-15s: Jerilderie 17 def by Tungamah 28.
The Dees gave Tungamah a run for their money.
They came out determined and matched their opponents for the first three quarters, playing some of their best netball of the season.
Unfortunately, Tungamah managed to pull away in the final quarter, but the girls never stopped fighting.
Under-13s: Jerilderie 5 def by Tungamah 29.
The Dees faced a strong Tungamah side, which remains undefeated this year.
Despite a loss, the team showed tremendous determination throughout the game.
Under-11s: Not scored.
The young Dees faced a fantastic opposition and should be proud of the way they held strong throughout the game.
The girls showed determination, resilience, and great teamwork, never giving up and continuing to support one another from start to finish.
