Echuca and Stanhope are the teams to beat, with neither dropping a game so far this season, taking down Rich River and Rochester respectively on Saturday.
Kyabram is alone in third, winning three of its games so far, including its match against Mathoura this week.
Interestingly, Rich River rounds out the top four despite having a losing record, with Tongala on the outside looking in with an even record of 2-2.
Leading the pack, Echuca extended its dominance against Rich River in a see-sawing contest, 13-58 to 3-49.
The Keith Hewitt and Stephen Cunnington-led sides drew 16 apiece in rink two, while Rich River’s Tim Noar got a victory over Echuca’s Phillip Thorn 22-17.
With his side on the back foot, Echuca’s Ian Page put in a dominant performance over Gary Radford 25-11 to keep the unbeaten streak alive.
It was a different story between Stanhope and Rochester, with the clubs inseparable in the first two rinks before Stanhope’s Gregory Fitzpatrick put Richard Feuk to the sword 28-13 to take the overall win 14-61 to 2-46.
Moama course-corrected after a loss in round three to take down Tongala 13-63 to 3-59.
Bradley Tinning and Robert Young couldn’t be split 19 apiece, while Tonny’s Matthew Liverton got a tight victory over Michael Linehan 21-19.
The decisive match-up was between Moama’s Geoffrey Beattie and Stephen Hammond, with the former getting the win 25-19 and steering his club to victory.
To finish the round, Kyabram got it done at home, triumphing over Mathoura 16-60 to 0-45.
It was a straight sets victory for the red and black, with skips Robert George, Paul McInnes and Greg Shilling getting it done convincingly.
Lower grades
It was a busy round of action on the green in the Weekend Pennant lower grades.
Moama and Stanhope remain the only two sides unbeaten in division two after getting further victories in round four.
While Stanhope had the bye this Saturday, Moama took down Rich River 12-58 to 4-57, while elsewhere Deniliquin got a win over Tongala 16-71 to 0-35, and Echuca slayed Kyabram 12-51 to 4-48.
In division three, both Kyabram and Moama extended their tenures at the top of the tree with wins over Elmore 16-68 to 0-39 and Tongala 16-90 to 0-46, respectively.
Elsewhere, Rich River snagged a scalp over Echuca 16-66 to 0-47, Rochester emerged victorious over Stanhope 14-66 to 2-50 and Deniliquin defeated Lockington 14-66 to 2-49.
Division four saw Moama continue its reign of terror at the top of the tree, besting Tongala in dominant fashion 16-113 to 0-22.
Meanwhile, Lockington also got a big win over Kyvalley View 16-83 to 0-33, Echuca snuck away from Rich River 14-59 to 2-55 and Deniliquin RSL got it done over Rochester 14-63 to 2-44.
In division five, Deniliquin Blue is the lone undefeated team, after lengthening its tenure with a rout over Kyabram 14-43 to 0-32.
Echuca Blue was the only home team to get a win on Saturday, taking down Deniliquin White 14-45 to 0-25.
Meanwhile, Moama pulled one over Lockington 14-51 to 0-27, Echuca White won against Rich River 14-43 to 0-25 and Stanhope got a strong victory over Rochester 14-46 to 0-27.
