After a tough weekend of encounters, only the B-grade netballers made it through to the grand final in Deniliquin this Saturday.

It was a devastating end to what has been a stellar season for the Bloods, going down by the narrowest of margins in the first preliminary final at Waaia against Strathy.
In a thrilling contest that went down to the wire, the boys fell just one point short.
Final score: Tocumwal 9.6 (60) to Strathmerton 9.7 (61).
Despite the heartbreaking result, the Bloods can hold their heads high after a season full of hard work, growth and determination.
The group showed incredible fight right until the final siren, and should be proud of what they achieved in 2025.

The girls’ season has come to an end, but they should be so proud of their efforts, going through the season undefeated.
They fought extremely hard all game. The Deniliquin pressure was just wonderful to watch.
The girls have improved out of sight, and they keep amazing us with their ability to listen and learn new skills and tactics.
I would like to thank everyone for a wonderful season, and I look forward to seeing how these junior girls develop in the following years.

The girls have shown so much growth and development.
They played with so much heart on Saturday and never gave up. They continued to hustle until the final whistle.
A beautiful display of team work and a huge achievement to make it so deep into finals. I look forward to watching them all blossom next season.
