At the end of the day, the Finley Cats recorded a 16 run win.
Finley won the toss and batted first, managing to put up a solid total of 149 runs before being bowled out in the final over of the innings.
The Jerilderie bowling attack was impressive, with Cameron Arnold and Lachlan Westwood both taking three wickets each, and the rest of the wickets coming through David Hercus, Cruz Nash and Rory Knight.
When Jerilderie came out to bat, openers Logan Eldridge and Rory Knight gave their team a solid start, building a steady foundation.
Both were showing good intent before Rory was dismissed, which put some pressure on the middle order.
Despite losing a few quick wickets, Jerilderie found stability through Jackson Tooke, who was like a brick wall at the crease, carefully controlling the innings and trying to keep the chase alive.
Unfortunately, Jerilderie couldn’t quite reach the target and were all out for 133, falling 16 runs short of Finley’s total.
