Deniliquin defeated Tocumwal 2, 5-0, and Finley defeated Corowa, 3-2.
Deniliquin will play Finley in this week’s final at Finley Golf Club.
Southern Riverina Veterans
The January game day at the Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Club on Monday attracted 100 Southern Riverina Veteran Golfers.
The A-grade trophy was claimed by Greg Brooks from Cobram Barooga on 42 points
Craig Ellis from Yarrawonga Mulwala, on 40 points, was runner-up.
Stephen Grant from Club Tocumwal claimed B-grade after countback on 39 points, with Ross Graham from Yarrawonga Mulwala the runner-up on 39.
John Walker from Berrigan had 37 points to win C-grade, with Ron Bailey from Yarrawonga Mulwala runner-up on 36.
Peter Stanbrook from Cobram Barooga claimed the A-grade NTP.
B-grade went to Paul Crick from Club Tocumwal, C-grade to Margaret Murphy from Club Tocumwal and All Grades was claimed by John Walker from Berrigan.
Ball competition winners were players who had 28 stableford points or better.
Finley
Wednesday’s competition was Stableford Medley, and the winner was Jason Pyle with 37 points. Ball winners were Colin McNamara 36 and Paul Pinnuck 35. NTP: 18th Paul Pinnuck.
There was no 9 hole competition on Thursday due to the extreme heat.
Saturday was Stableford Medley and the Division 1 winner was John Taylor 37 points, while Division 2 winner was Tim Price 43 points. Balls went to Colin McNamara and Jason Pyle 36, Bill Armstrong 35, Brett Shaw, Leo McNamara and Barry Wilson 34 c/b. NTP: 18th Tony Smith.
Sunday was Stroke Medley, and the Division 1 winner was Liam Purtill 72/3/69 and Division 2 winner was Maree Doyle 93/25/68. Ball winners were Alan Hand and Helen Wastle with 71 net, Lindsay Donkin and Rob Klemke 72 net, Barry Wilson 73 net, and Paul Pinnuck 74 net c/b. NTP: 18th Brett Shaw.
Berrigan
Wednesday's winner was Chris Kelly on 18 points, c/b Simon Packer. Ball winner John Walker.
Saturday's winner was Steve Senini (44-9-35), r/u Alan Arnold (44-8.5-35.5), putting Chris Cameron 14 and ball winners Dave Midson (51-15-36) and Gail Browne (43-7-36).
Sunday's winner was Rick Bradbury on 35 points, c/b Alan Arnold and ball winners were Toby Dalgliesh 34 and Chris Cameron 33.
Next Sunday will be a stroke competition with tee off at 9.30am.

Sunday was a Medley Stableford, won by Lee Rowan with 35 points, c/b Ian Taylor. NTP: 5th Jamie Wilkinson, 7th James Mitchell, 10th Michael Pitt, 13th Luke Keating, 16th Ian Taylor and 15th second shot Lee Rowan.
The weekly Medley Stableford 9 hole event for week ending January 10 was won by Daz Keating, r/u Luke Keating. This competition is open to all golfers with a GA handicap, is run over 9 holes during the course of a week. Weekly winners are announced each Friday night at the members’ draw.
